Dan worked for WORX interviewing drivers throughout the weekend. Shannon, Devin and Adrianna went to watch the races with Papaw David and Shannon's sister's family- Shelli, Mark and Gavin. Sammy stayed home with Grammy Carole.
It was a very hot day, but we found comfort sitting under big shady trees. Papaw, Devin and Adrianna were so comfortable that they fell asleep.
It is always fun to watch the fastest boats in the world race on the Ohio River.
Our hometown boat, Oh Boy! Oberto, won Heats 1A and 2B
and placed 2nd overall in this year's event.
